MISSION

Ladies Who Rock 4 A Cause™ is an all-volunteer organization that leverages the unifying power of music to help women in sudden crisis. We create female-fronted music events to raise funds and awareness for women’s causes, provide temporary financial support when no other help is available, and offer a platform that empowers female-fronted bands to use their voices to lift women and unite a community that cares.

VISION

To spread hope through music by reaching more women in sudden crisis and helping them move forward. Beyond assistance, we envision creating education and mentorship programs that teach personal growth, preparedness, and financial confidence — while also training the next generation of people, women and men, in the behind-the-scenes work of music production, event creation, leadership, and nonprofit service. Our vision is to lift women today and equip others to continue this work — stronger, wiser, and unafraid to use their voice to make a difference.

Our female-owned 501c3 non-profit was Founded by award-winning singer-songwriter/musician and cancer survivor Sharon Lia. This mission was born of the healing power of music and believing in the power of our voices to help others.

Impact Story Highlight – Wendy Betz

Wendy was a singer loved by many who often performed for fundraisers that helped others in need.

Then she was diagnosed with cancer.  We learned of Wendy and wanted to support her.  Every single of us matters, and our stories are personal.  What we hope to do, is to help ease the heartbreak, loneliness, and financial burdens associated with this suffering.

Wendy shares tears of joy and is one of the pivotal reasons for our why.
